From Hanwha Resort Seorak Sorano, we headed back to Seoul. On the way back, we visited two popular places that most foreigners visited during their vacation in South Korea: Namiseom Island and Petite France. Namiseom Island is popular due to the drama filming location of "Winter Sonata" starring Bae Yong Jun and Choi Ji Woo. The island is located about 63 km away from Seoul toward Chuncheon.

For more details for transportation from Seoul to Namiseom Island, please visit WCP Adventure website. I found that they have a great explanation regarding the direction to Namiseom Island.
When we arrive at the Namiseom parking lot, we had to pay for the parking at 4,000 won. Then we walked to the ticket counter to get our tickets. We chose to take a boat ferry. Another way to enter the Namiseom Island is thru zipline that cost 38,000 won with the entry ticket included with the ride. I skipped it because I went with my parents.

The boat ferry run from 07:30AM to 09:40PM everyday. From 07:30AM to 09:00AM and 06:00PM to 09:40PM, the boat run every 30 minutes. From 09:00 to 06:00PM, the boat run every 10-20 minutes. It took 5-6 minutes to reach Namiseom Island.
There are couples way to travel around the island but the easiest and fastest way would be by bicycle.

There are couple restaurants around the island. We ate at one of the Chinese restaurants. The food that we had was just okay and I would rate it at 2.5/5. I would try other restaurants if I visit again in the future.
After we were done walk around the popular spots, we took a boat ferry back to the parking lot and headed out to Petite France.
