Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place - Review

Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place is located in the middle of the major attractions in Brussels. The Bourse tram stop is located just in front of the hotel and therefore, it is very easy to get here from Brussels-Midi station. Not far about 3 blocks, the De Brouckere metro station is located. Grand place is just about 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Really, to go everywhere around Brussels is not bad at all due to the great public transportation system.

I arrived at the hotel a day the government open the city from the lockdown. All the doors except the main door at the hotel was closed. In order to get in to the hotel, I needed a room key or press a bell. Upon entering the property, the security checked all the guests' luggages and carry-on. All of this was done for the safety of the guests.

During my arrival, the hotel itself was very calm, not many people around. The service in the hotel was top notch from Panos Zeritis, the front desk manager, Maxime and Mirela, the receptionists, and Nelson, the concierge. I was upgraded to a Presidential Suite with a Historical City View. Many thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Panos Zeritis. The room located in the corner probably with 5-6 patios as I remembered. The front of the room has a view of the stock exchange building and Stadhuis tower. The room was very clean with a huge living room, dinner room, and bath room. All the food inside the mini-bar is complimentary. As a platinum, I chose a fruit and snack as my welcoming arrival gifts.  I would recommend people to stay during their visit at Brussels.

The room service was also great as they check once in the evening if I needed something else and also, check the mini-bar to restock the food.

As a platinum elite, breakfast is complimentary and the food in the restaurant was amazing. The executive lounge was also great.
